Healthy Lawns
Healthy People
Healthy Lawns - Healthy People encourages residents, businesses and organizations to protect the natural environment by reducing pesticide use and adopting ecological lawn care methods. HLHP offers seminars and Weedgee Kidz services.

HLHP in partnership with Caledon Countryside Alliance are offering the Weedgee Kidz program again this year. Weedgee Kidz will work with high school volunteers to teach residents across Caledon how to care for lawns and gardens the organic way.
Weedgee Kidz are accepting applications for team leads and volunteers. Please see below.
Team Leaders will work with high school volunteers to
teach residents how to care for lawns and gardens the organic way. Furthermore,
the volunteers, called Weedgee Kidz, will pull weeds and turn compost. Each

by bicycle, with equipment in tow, to provide free organic lawn care
