Weedgee Kidz

HLHP in partnership with Caledon Countryside Alliance are offering the Weedgee Kidz program again this year. Weedgee Kidz will work with high school volunteers to teach residents across Caledon how to care for lawns and gardens the organic way.

Weedgee Kidz are accepting applications for team leads and volunteers. Please see below.

Team Leaders will work with high school volunteers to teach residents how to care for lawns and gardens the organic way. Furthermore, the volunteers, called Weedgee Kidz, will pull weeds and turn compost. Each team leader and their group of volunteers will be based in an area of Caledon. They will travel by bicycle, with equipment in tow, to provide free organic lawn care consultations to local residents.
